At TOP GLOBAL TRAVEL LLP, we understand that travel plans may change. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the applicable cancellation terms, fees, refund procedures, and conditions for our tour packages and travel-related services.

Should it become necessary to cancel your itinerary at any time after confirmation, the following cancellation fees will be levied:

  • Less than 30 days: No Refund
Note: The cancellation policy above is a generalization and may change from time to time – with prior intimation at the time of booking. Additionally, hotels and some services have individual cancellation policies that will be mentioned separately when the status is sent.

2. Changes to Bookings

Requests to change confirmed travel dates, accommodation, or other arrangements must be submitted in writing. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate such requests, subject to availability and supplier approval.

Additional charges may apply for amendments, including administrative fees, revised fares, or supplier penalties. Changes cannot be guaranteed and will be advised based on travelling dates.

3. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method wherever possible. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider, bank, and relevant service providers.

Non-refundable deposits, services already used, and supplier charges may be excluded from refunds, subject to the booking terms and applicable law.

4. Unforeseen Circumstances

Circumstances such as natural disasters, extreme weather, government restrictions, strikes, political unrest, transport disruptions, or other events beyond our reasonable control may affect travel arrangements.

In such situations, we will make reasonable efforts to assist with alternative arrangements or applicable refunds, depending on supplier policies, the confirmed booking terms, and applicable law.

5. Liability

TOP GLOBAL TRAVEL LLP takes reasonable care in arranging travel services. However, certain services, including hotels, airlines, transport, and activities, are operated by independent third-party providers.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for disruptions or losses arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control or from the acts or omissions of independent providers. Nothing in this policy excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
